Plugin guides
Choose the plugin. Follow the exact workflow.
Setup and verify
- In WordPress, open Marketing → Coupons and edit the coupon reserved for new customers.
- Open Usage restriction, enable First order only and save the coupon.
- Test with a new billing email, then place a qualifying order and confirm that the same customer can no longer reuse the protected coupon.
- The rule applies only to coupons where the checkbox is enabled; all other WooCommerce coupons keep their existing behavior.
Setup and verify
- Open Ecom Plugin Co. → Gift Wrap + Message and enable the checkout option.
- Set the customer-facing label, optional fee and gift-message prompt, then save the settings.
- Run checkout with a non-empty cart, select wrapping and confirm that the fee updates the order total.
- Place a test order and verify the wrapping choice and message in WooCommerce administration and supported order emails.
Setup and verify
- Open Ecom Plugin Co. → Payment Rescue CTA and configure the retry button label and optional supporting text.
- In WooCommerce email settings, keep the Customer failed order email enabled for the customers who should receive it.
- Create a test order that still requires payment and trigger the customer failed-order email.
- Confirm that the CTA opens WooCommerce’s secure order-pay route and disappears after the order no longer needs payment.
