Products sold by Ecom Plugin Co. are digital downloads delivered after payment. We want each purchased plugin to match its product description and work on the documented supported stack.

For purchases completed through Stripe Managed Payments, the Stripe/Link entity identified on hosted checkout and the receipt acts as merchant of record for the payment transaction. Link collects payment, provides transaction documents and handles transaction-level support, disputes and applicable indirect taxes within the Managed Payments coverage. Ecom Plugin Co. remains responsible for seller tax and invoicing duties outside that coverage.
Technical problems and misdescription
If a plugin is materially defective or materially different from its product description, contact support with the order number, environment versions and reproducible steps. We may provide troubleshooting, a corrected build, a workaround or a refund when the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Change-of-mind requests
Eligibility for a change-of-mind refund can depend on the customer’s location, whether digital delivery or download has begun and any consent collected during checkout. Requests are assessed under the applicable consumer law and the facts of the order rather than refused automatically.
How to request a review
For payment, receipt, Link-account or transaction-refund questions, use Link Support from the receipt or Link account. For a product defect or remedy, use the route on the Support page; Ecom Plugin Co. can provide product information and initiate a refund through Stripe where appropriate. Include the order number, product, current version, purchase date and reason for the request. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or a private license key.
Link may issue refunds under the Sold through Link refund policy, including within 60 days of the original transaction in certain cases. This store policy does not limit the Sold through Link refund policy or mandatory rights under applicable law.
