These terms apply to purchases and use of digital products sold through Ecom Plugin Co. Product-specific scope, price, compatibility and site allowance shown at checkout form part of the purchase.
Seller details
The seller, developer and licensor of the downloadable plugin is Wojciech Skrzek WebMoose, ul. Zapolskiej 22/12, 43-100 Tychy, Poland, NIP: PL6462926700, trading online as Ecom Plugin Co.
For purchases completed through Stripe Managed Payments, the Stripe/Link entity identified on hosted Checkout and the receipt acts as merchant of record for the payment transaction on behalf of Ecom Plugin Co.; it is not the seller of the plugin. The Stripe/Link customer terms and privacy notice shown at hosted Checkout also apply to the payment transaction and use of Link.
Orders, accounts and delivery
- Customers must provide accurate checkout information and be legally able to enter the purchase.
- An account is required so orders, downloads and licenses stay associated with the purchaser. Customers are responsible for account security.
- Stripe-hosted Checkout displays the product, final currency, tax and total before payment. Link collects the payment, sends the transaction receipt or invoice, handles transaction-level support, fraud and disputes, and handles applicable indirect taxes where Managed Payments provides coverage. Ecom Plugin Co. remains responsible for seller tax and invoicing duties outside that coverage.
- After Stripe confirms payment, Ecom Plugin Co. fulfils the order by making the download and license available through My Account.
Plugin use and compatibility
The purchased plugin may be used only within the allowance and restrictions on the License page. The customer is responsible for backups, staging tests, secure administration and confirming compatibility before deploying an update to production. Supported versions and known product limits are stated on the product page and in Documentation.
Acceptable use
Customers must not share protected downloads or credentials, circumvent license controls, interfere with the store or update service, use the products unlawfully or introduce malicious code. Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law or investigate abuse.
Support, refunds and responsibility
Link handles payment, transaction-document, statement-descriptor, Link-account and transaction-refund questions. Ecom Plugin Co. handles account access, downloads, license activation, documented product use and reproducible product defects as described on the Support page. Refunds and remedies follow the Refund Policy, the Sold through Link refund policy where applicable and mandatory law. No term excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited. To the extent permitted by law, the store is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unsupported environments, third-party changes, customer modifications, missing backups or use outside the documented scope.
Changes and contact
Material changes apply prospectively and will be published with a revised date. Terms in force when an order is placed continue to govern that purchase where required by law. Questions can be sent using the store contact shown in the purchase receipt. Last updated .
