A completed purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive license to use the purchased plugin within the site allowance shown on its product page.
The license is granted by Wojciech Skrzek WebMoose, ul. Zapolskiej 22/12, 43-100 Tychy, Poland, NIP: PL6462926700, trading online as Ecom Plugin Co.
Permitted use
- Install and run the plugin on one production WordPress site when the product states a one-site allowance.
- Use reasonable local, development and staging copies associated with that licensed production site.
- Modify the plugin for the licensed site at the customer’s own risk while keeping copyright and license notices intact.
Not permitted
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish or share the plugin ZIP, update package or license credentials.
- Use one single-site license for unrelated production sites or provide the plugin as a downloadable part of another product.
- Circumvent license limits or use the service to distribute malicious or unlawful code.
Lifetime license
“Lifetime” describes the duration of the purchased license for the covered product, not the lifetime of any person or third-party platform. It does not guarantee that WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers or external integrations will remain unchanged forever. Current release and compatibility information is published in the changelog.
